  • Global Shipping Company:  Design and implement a performance management process, codify total rewards strategy and development compensation philosophy, setup pay programs (base salary, short- and long-term incentive), develop tracking database, and provide ongoing advice and consultation.
  • Southeast Regional Bank: Defined strategic performance measurement process and short- and long-term incentives.
  • Major Money Center Bank:  Work with a Harvard academic to assess incentive performance drivers.

ALIDADE assists small to mid-size organizations in aligning actions with strategy.  We help give an organization focus in moving from strategy and objectives to results.  By developing a framework for making decisions, we help our customers ensure the organization, its people, its resources, and its processes are all aligned with strategic direction.  Effective performance management creates a clear focus on, and better understanding at all levels of the organization, of strategy and the path to achieving it.

REWARDS DESIGN


ALIDADE assists small to mid-size organizations in aligning pay with organizational objectives and performance.  Aligning performance and rewards from the top of the organization to the bottom, ensures everyone's interests are most closely aligned with achieving organizational objectes.  Pay analysis and design and incentive plan design are our focus.

DATA MANAGEMENT


ALIDADE assists small to mid-sized organizations in managing the information and data associated with maintaining effective performance management and reward programs.  We assist our customers in developing database and web solutions for tracking and reporting performance and administering pay programs.  An organization's ability to continually gather feedback about performance is critical in its ability to effectively redirect strategy.  Reporting and data management tools are key in gathering that feedback.



Julie F. Lewis

Managing Director

Ms. Lewis is a senior consultant, practicing in the area of compensation and performance management.  She has over twenty years experience designing and implementing pay and performance systems and linking company objectives and strategies with pay.  She also brings to the table internal human resource and compensation management experience, as well as experience running her own companies.
 Her approach is collaborative, working with internal resources to find the best possible design that fits the organization’s strategic objectives and culture.  She works closely with her clients to develop base pay, incentive, performance management, and other programs that serve to support and drive corporate strategies and company and individual performance.

Her work does not stop at design.  The most important component of any engagement is implementation.  If a plan or program cannot be effectively implemented, it will certainly fail, regardless of the quality of the design.  Ms. Lewis has extensive internal and external experience implementing pay and performance systems and works closely with her clients to develop implementation plans and tools to ensure the highest possible success.

Ms. Lewis’ consulting engagements have spanned all industries:  financial services, manufacturing, technology, shipping, legal, retail and nonprofit.  Her work has included:

Ms. Lewis has an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Management with a Human Resources Concentration.  She hold minors in Economics and Public Administration.  She has worked for two of the world’s top 25 consulting firms and many of the Fortune 50.  She focuses her current practice serving medium to small organizations, across all industries.
